FMU Postgraduate Residency Portal is designed to simplify and support postgraduate residency management for residents, supervisors and authorized institutional administration.
Developed by Vexel Consultants, the web and Android interfaces connect to the same secure backend, allowing authorized users to work with the same account, profile and postgraduate training information from either interface.

Android onboarding experience
The initial Android release focuses on making resident onboarding simple, convenient and accessible from a mobile phone. Residents receive institutional login credentials and can complete and maintain their postgraduate training profile without relying on a desktop browser for the initial process.
Resident profile
Personal and professional information, postgraduate programme details, department, training status and supervisor information.
Training documentation
Required postgraduate training documents, submission status and outstanding-document reminders where later completion is permitted.
Review workflow
Profile submission, institutional review status, correction and resubmission where required.
One platform — web and mobile
The Android application is not a separate residency system. Android and web operate against the same institutional backend, records, permissions and workflows. Information submitted or updated through one authorized interface can therefore be reflected through the other, maintaining a consistent postgraduate training record.
Progressive mobile expansion
The Android application is being introduced with an onboarding-focused release. Subsequent versions are intended to progressively extend mobile access to additional postgraduate management functions, including:
- Resident training information and documentation
- Workshops and training requirements
- Logbooks and assessments
- Research progress
- Supervisor workflows
- Additional postgraduate training and administrative functions
Privacy and security
The portal uses authenticated, role-based access. Personal, professional and postgraduate training information is processed for authorized institutional, training, administrative, security and system-operation purposes. Personal information is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising.
