When reporting a problem
- State whether the issue is in the Senior Launcher or Caregiver Companion.
- Include your Android version and device model where relevant.
- Describe the steps that led to the problem.
- Do not send passwords, private health information or other sensitive personal information.
Privacy and caregiver access
EasyUI is designed around explicit pairing and permission-scoped caregiver assistance. Caregiver access should remain visible to the senior and revocable. The current Launcher privacy policy describes the data practices of the launcher build currently covered by that policy.
