2. Information Vexel does not directly request
The app does not require an account and does not ask users to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, account credentials, photographs, contacts or other user-submitted personal information.
3. Local game information
Core gameplay information is stored locally on the device. This may include high scores, game statistics, settings, progression, daily-challenge information, cosmetic rewards and premium entitlement status. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove locally stored information.
4. Advertising and information processed by Google
The free version uses Google AdMob banner and interstitial advertising. Google AdMob and participating advertising partners may automatically process information needed to deliver, measure, secure and improve advertising services.

Vexel does not sell this information. Processing by Google and its advertising partners is governed by their applicable privacy policies and consent requirements.
5. Consent and personalized advertising
The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform. Where required by law or platform policy, users are presented with consent choices before personalized advertising is used. Depending on the user's region and selections, the app may serve personalized or non-personalized advertising.
6. Advertising placement
The app uses banner and interstitial ads outside active gameplay. It does not currently use rewarded ads or app-open ads.
7. Premium purchase and Google Play Billing
A one-time purchase is available to remove advertisements. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Vexel does not receive full payment-card information. The app and Google Play may process purchase status, product and transaction identifiers, and entitlement information to verify and restore the premium upgrade. There are no subscriptions or other in-app purchases.
8. Analytics and crash reporting
Vexel does not integrate a separate analytics service or third-party crash-reporting SDK. AdMob and Google Play services may process diagnostic, advertising-performance or fraud-prevention information as part of their own services; this is distinct from a Vexel-operated analytics profile.
9. Internet and Advertising ID permissions
The app includes internet access and the Android Advertising ID permission. Internet access is used for advertising, consent-related services and purchase verification. The Advertising ID may be used by Google AdMob according to consent choices, applicable law and Google policies.
10. Offline operation
Core gameplay is offline-first. Pulse Orbit, Lane Drift and Stack Drop, along with local high scores, settings, statistics and progression, can function without an internet connection. Advertising, consent services and purchase verification require connectivity.
11. Cloud storage and accounts
The app has no Vexel user account system and does not provide cloud synchronization or account-based storage. Local game information is not synchronized between devices by Vexel.
12. Data sharing
Vexel does not directly share user-submitted personal information because the app does not request it. Information may be shared with or processed by Google AdMob, Google Play and advertising partners as necessary for advertising, consent, fraud prevention, security, purchase verification and related platform services.
13. Retention and deletion
Locally stored gameplay information can generally be deleted by clearing the app's data in Android settings or uninstalling the app. Information processed by Google or advertising partners is retained and deleted according to their respective policies and legal obligations.
14. Security
Data transmitted to Google services is expected to use encrypted connections provided by the relevant platform and SDK. Vexel minimizes direct data handling by avoiding user accounts, cloud profiles, separate analytics and direct collection of personal information.
15. Children's privacy
Offline Mini Arcade: 3 Games is not designed primarily for children and is not enrolled as a child-directed product. The app does not knowingly request personal information from children. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of devices and applications where appropriate.
16. External services and policies
The app relies on Google AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform and Google Play Billing. Users may review Google's privacy information through Google's official policy pages. External services are responsible for their own data-handling practices.
17. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if advertising, purchases, permissions, data practices, legal requirements or app features change. The revised page will display an updated effective date, and material changes will also be reflected in relevant Google Play disclosures.
