Vexel Finance Passport
A private personal financial memory that helps individuals and households organize money, bills, records, evidence and tax-relevant information on their own Android device.
Capture once. Remember continuously.
Vexel Finance Passport is an offline-first Android financial organizer designed around one coherent personal record rather than separate disconnected trackers.
The application can organize everyday money activity, recurring bills, financial records and supporting evidence while keeping core operation local to the user's device.

A financial record that grows with you
Money & bills
Organize accounts, income, expenses, transfers, recurring obligations and bill-payment history in one financial record.
Financial memory
Keep chronological activity and supporting evidence together so past financial events remain understandable and retrievable.
Records & evidence
Attach receipts and financial documents, generate reports or exports, and maintain portable encrypted backups under your control.
Privacy-first by design
Vexel Finance Passport does not require an online account. Core records remain on the device and the current application does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, mandatory cloud synchronization, bank-login collection or payment initiation.
Documents in the application vault use app-private encrypted storage, and portable backups are encrypted using a password selected by the user.
Tax-preparation organization, not tax filing
The application can help organize tax-relevant financial facts and evidence as part of the user's financial record. It is not a tax authority, tax adviser or automatic tax-filing service, and it does not collect FBR credentials or automatically submit a return.
Security & local control
The application uses Android app-private storage and Android security features. Optional PIN or supported device authentication can protect access, while encrypted backup and export functions help users retain control of their own financial information.
