Designed for medical colleges, universities and health-professions institutions, the application provides authorized users with secure mobile access to their institutional MedSIMS account and enabled academic services.

Personal and institutional profile information, programmes, batches, enrolment and academic placement.
Progress & assessment
Attendance, eligibility, assessments, examinations, academic results, student records and progress information where enabled.
Institutional services
Fee or financial information, transcripts, verification services, notices, requests and other role-specific MedSIMS functions.
Secure institutional access
Vexel MedSIMS does not provide public self-registration. Access is normally provided through an account created, issued or authorized by an institution using MedSIMS.
Users sign in with institutional credentials. Functions and records are restricted according to the permissions assigned to the account, so different roles can receive different views and capabilities.
One platform, multiple institutions
MedSIMS is designed as a configurable academic management platform. Participating institutions can use their own identity, programmes, academic structures and administrative workflows while using the MedSIMS platform and Android application.
Privacy and security
Vexel MedSIMS uses secure authentication, role-based access controls, HTTPS-encrypted communication and protected Android storage for session information. The Android application does not store the user's MedSIMS account password.
Personal and academic information is not sold or rented to advertisers or data brokers, and personal academic records are not used for third-party advertising.
