When reporting a technical issue, include the app version, Android version, device model and a concise description. Never send your password.
Account & record support
PGR SIMS accounts are issued by institutions. Questions about account activation, official postgraduate records, supervisor assignments, corrections, deactivation or deletion requests should normally be directed to the institution that issued the account.
Sign-in and connectivity
- An institution-issued PGR SIMS account is required.
- PGR Companion does not provide self-registration.
- An internet connection is required; there is no offline mode.
- The app connects to android.pgsims.alshifalab.pk using HTTPS.
- Your password is not stored on the device by PGR Companion.
Data deletion
The app does not currently provide self-service deletion of an institutional PGR SIMS account or its server-side records. Deletion or administrative requests must follow the process of the institution that issued the account and may be subject to institutional, audit, regulatory or legal retention requirements.
